Welcome to dauchsy meditations. This meditation is very simple. It was made to help you sleep. It will help you remove all of those worries, anxieties, and racing thoughts and allow you to relax and just feel good before you fall asleep. It may be hard to believe, but having anxiety is a natural human experience that is actually a good thing. When you feel anxiety, your mind and body are telling you that there is a problem that needs to be solved in your life, but that is for another meditation, right now, you don’t need to solve any problems. Tomorrow is a new day where you can begin that journey. Because Right now, all you will be doing is letting go of those anxieties and worries and just feel good. As you fall asleep at night, you will be feeding your subconscious mind with these good feelings. Your subconscious is most open to suggestion when you are asleep. That’s why it is so important to replace those negative thoughts and worries with joy and gratitude and love and all of those good feelings. When you do this, Instead of waking up having those same feelings of anxiety and dread for the day ahead of you, you will wake up full of joy, full of energy. Those wonderful feelings that you ingrained in your subconscious mind for 8 hours of sleep will continue as you wake up and go on with your day.
