I believe we were all meant to Thrive. But what does that mean? To Thrive means that we are living prosperous, abundant lives, it means we are flourishing and growing in all areas of our life. It means we are happy, successful, and confident in everything we do. But unfortunately, we have come on times of mass fear and uncertainty. Times where we don’t know what to expect from day to day. Now, most people in these situations will hunker down and create a mindset of survival. Our mind is very powerful, so those who create a mindset of survive, will be very successful at just that. They will find ways to survive no matter what. But what also happens when we develop a mindset of survive is, we establish a mindset where we will create and manifest just enough in our lives to survive. And that becomes the trap. When we have a mindset of survive, we live in a state of survival. And living in a state of mere survival is not how anyone should live. Barely getting by, living week by week, day by day can make anyone feel miserable, exhausted, and depressed. And what this does is create a vicious cycle. Because what we think and feel internally, manifests itself externally. So if you feel miserable and depressed inside, you will then manifest that into the world around you, and the miserable world around you will create negative feelings inside you, and the negative feelings inside you… well you get the point. You may be in that cycle right now asking yourself, well how do I get out? How do I break that cycle? Well to be honest, that is the hardest part. Because you essentially have to will yourself out of it. When everything around you is negative, making you feel awful inside, you need to find any way possible to overcome those negative thoughts. Whether that be with faith, trust, belief, love, gratitude. Anything you can do to break that cycle. This meditation was made to break that negative cycle of survive and help you create a mindset of THRIVE. You will do this by diving deep into your subconscious mind as you fall asleep, the time when your subconscious is most open to suggestion. You will implement powerful suggestions that will break that negative cycle and create a positive one. Allowing you to manifest wonderful things, people, and experiences into your life. Listening nightly will create the lasting change you want in your life.
